Why the movie business is so big? It represents how we project what we relate to. Learning to observe creates perspective.
Judging is self-defining. How much do you respect critics?
It takes one to know one.
I know you are! but what am I?
I'm rubber, you're glue, what you call me bounces off (me) and sticks to you.
What you see is what you get!

To stop being criticized, give up being critical. Life is a process for better or worse. Seeing the bad gets (the) worse. Denial (of bad) is the price of the judgement trap because it doesn't stop with the worse . . . denial also gobbles up the better.

To start getting better give up good and bad judgements for better or worse observations. Allow observing to make life more forgiving.
*Never miss the opportunity to consider someone a genuis.
HE who sees it BE's it!
This is how the better use of this priciple (The Golden Rule) will make you complimentary. Only the lense of forgiveness can make things look better. Forgiving your self-judgement(s) starts with admitting reflexive prejudices and laughing at the (cosmic) joke.

Thinking becomes something better when you laugh (let go of definition). Enjoy the show (of emotion).
Invest in a way that appreciates.
